Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal

Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal is fellow practicing member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and Post Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University He is serving the Profession since 2011.

He posses over 12 years of rich and diversified experience in the fields of Strat-up advisory, Virtual CFO Cervices, Valuations, Income Tax, He is currently nominated member of Start-up and MSME committee of WIRC of ICAI for year 2023-24.

He had secured all India 16th rank in Final examination of institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He was Gold medalist in Direct and Indirect Taxation paper of TY B.Com.

Mr. Om Khandelwal

Mr. Om Khandelwal is a practicing member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has immense experience in the field of Auditing & Assurance Services, Reporting on Internal Financial Controls with RCM Matrix, Indirect Taxation matters and Management Consultancy.

His strengths include excellent analytical skills and in depth subject knowledge with marvellous experience of Risk based Internal Audits, Audit of Non-Profit Organisations, and Statutory Audit under INDAS of Listed Companies as well as Private sector organizations.

His experience of drafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for various Companies is an also value addition.

He has a deep understanding of complexities of accounting issues and audit processes with a penchant for ensuring timely delivery. He had played a vital role in bringing the firm to its current position. He is currently nominated member of Internal Audit committee of WIRC of ICAI for year 2023-24.

Mr. Tirupati Murarka

Mr. Tirupati Murarka Fellow member of ICAI having experience over 11 years in profession with post qualification degree of Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and handling accounting, auditing, Income Tax and GST work

Mr. Gopal Sharma

Mr.Gopal Sharma is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He poses rigorous experience of more than 8 years. He has experience of independently handling and appearing before the Tax Officers and Appellate Authorities, preparing Transfer Pricing Study Reports and handling Transfer Pricing matters. His strengths include excellent drafting, research and communication skills.

Mr. Akashay Nawhal

Mr. Akashay Nawhal is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He poses experience of more than 8 Years. He has experience in the area of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, RERA Audit and Project Finance. He has specialisation in Real Estate Sector, such as compliance with RERA Act, Direct and Indirect Tax implications on real estate transactions. He has handled clients across various industries like Manufacturing, Digital Marketing, Real Estate Sector and Shares and Securities.

Mrs. Vidhi Murarka

She is Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having experience over 7 years in the profession. She has been serving the profession since 2015. She has rich experience of working in Ernst and Young (EY) and worked in the area of Income Tax Investigation, litigation, representing clients before govt authorities. She is also dedicated to providing advisory services related to direct taxation and transfer pricing.

Mr. Ritesh Parasrampuria

He is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having experience over 10+ years in profession.
He has specialization in Due Diligence, Statutory Audits and Implementation of MIS. He has quality experience of working in BDO, in the area of Due diligence, Valuations and MIS implementation and representing clients before govt authorities.
He has cconducted 50+ financial due diligences transactions serving both private equity and corporate clients, across a range of sectors such as Real Estate, IT & ITES, Commercial coaching, Media and entertainment, Diagnostic, Oil and gas services and other general manufacturing & service industries.
